Chair Yoga

Keep moving, keep laughing. Strength, balance, and breath, seated or standing with support. No experience needed, and nothing you have to be able to do already.

All Abilities

Adaptive Chair Yoga

A slower-paced class for people with physical limitations or disabilities. Susan adapts poses and offers guidance and support based on what each person needs, so everyone can practice comfortably and at their own pace.

Libraries · Schools · Camps

Kids Yoga

Stories, songs, games, and real yoga fundamentals, built around the age group in the room. Movement, a little focus, and a little quiet at the end.

Little Ones & Caregivers

Toddler & Baby Yoga

Movement, music, and bonding for the youngest yogis and their grown-ups. Short, playful, and forgiving of the fact that toddlers do what toddlers do.

Camps · Schools · Scout Troops

Camp & School Series

Multi-week blocks for summer camps, classrooms, and troops, including badge-friendly sessions for scouts. Scheduled around your program day.

Your Group

Something Else?

Susan teaches across the lifespan. Nonprofits, staff wellness days, teen groups, adult groups, community events. If your group does not fit one of the programs above, reach out and tell her what you have in mind.

Every program can be adapted for participants of any ability.

Everyone welcome.

Susan is comfortable with mixed-ability groups, with students who have disabilities, and with children who have special needs, including autistic students. She adjusts pacing, poses, and tone to the people in front of her. If your group has anything she should know about, put it in the form and she will plan around it.

How it works: tell Susan about your group and she will respond personally with a program recommendation and a custom quote. Organizations are invoiced, with no deposit and no card required. Susan currently teaches ongoing programs at the Newburgh Free Library, Cornwall Public Library, and the Newburgh JCC.

Let's plan your program.

Tell Susan about your organization and what you have in mind. She reads every message herself.
