Yoga that meets people where they are.
Susan has spent more than 15 years helping people feel comfortable with yoga. Some of her students are trying it for the first time. Others have practiced for years and want a real challenge. Most rooms have both.
She teaches babies and caregivers, toddlers, young children, tweens, teens, adults, and seniors. She works with people who have limited mobility, with students who have disabilities, and with children who have special needs, including autistic students.
What makes her classes work is that they are not scripted. Susan watches the room. Susan pays attention to each person's experience and to the group as a whole. Her teaching responds to every individual while still creating a warm, welcoming experience for everyone in the room.
Her goal is simple. She wants everyone in the room to feel like yoga is something they can do.
